Twin Group began with a simple promise — one team a Dubai household could genuinely trust. Today we're the company behind Twin Cleaners and Twin Wash, with our own technology running underneath.
It started with trust — one home at a time.
The name "Twin" is personal. Founder Zakaria Belhamame named the company after his twin daughters — and built it around a simple, fatherly test: would I trust this team in my own home, around my own family? If the answer isn't an honest yes, it isn't ready.
Twin Cleaners earned its place in over 1,200 Dubai homes the hard way — by word of mouth. Not through ads, but through the same reliable team showing up, every time, and treating each home like their own.
Those families kept asking for more. If we could be trusted inside their homes, could we look after their cars too? So we brought the same standard to the driveway — and Twin Wash was born: premium mobile car care, delivered to the very people who already trusted us.
To run two brands to one exacting standard, we made a decision most small companies don't: we built our own software instead of renting it. It's how a focused Dubai company operates like a much bigger one.

A note from our founder.
Dubai has been my home since 2010. In that time I have come to believe this city rewards one thing above all — the discipline to do ordinary things exceptionally well.
Twin Group is built on that belief. I named it after my twin daughters: a quiet, daily reminder that nothing should carry the Twin name unless it is good enough for my own family. That single standard shapes who we hire, how we train, and the care we bring to every home and every car entrusted to us.
We are not pursuing scale for its own sake. We are building a company that families can rely on for years — and that our people are proud to be part of.
